1. Shipping Coverage
We are proud to serve customers across all 50 states of the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
In particular, Dihamarts accepts delivery to the following special addresses:
- P.O. Boxes
- Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
2. Overall Delivery Process and Timeline
Due to the Print-on-Demand (POD) nature of our products, each shirt is created specifically for you after your order is placed. Therefore, the delivery time is divided into two separate phases: Processing Time and Shipping Time (Transit Time).
a. Processing time (Production Time)
This is the time required for printing, quality inspection, and packaging your product.
Standard Processing Time: 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Reason: POD products require this time to ensure the sharpness of the print and the standard quality of the shirt before handing it over to the shipping carrier.
b. Shipping Time (Transit Time)
This is the time the shipping carrier takes to move the package from our facility to your delivery address.
Standard Shipping Time: 7–10 business days (after the order has been shipped out).
c. Estimated Total Delivery Time
The total time for you to receive your product is the sum of the two phases:
Total delivery time = (3–5 processing days) + (7–10 shipping days)
We aim to deliver your order within 10 to 15 business days from the date of purchase.
3. Shipping Fee
To simplify your shopping experience, we apply a Flat Rate shipping fee for all orders shipped within the 50 US states.
Standard Flat Rate Shipping Fee: $6.99 per order. This cost will be clearly displayed before checkout.
4. Shipping Partners
We partner with major and reputable carriers in the US to ensure your package is delivered safely and promptly:
- United States Postal Service (USPS)
- United Parcel Service (UPS)
- FedEx
The choice of carrier will depend on the delivery address and the package's size/weight to ensure maximum efficiency.
5. Order Tracking
As soon as your order completes the processing phase and is handed over to the shipping carrier, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Tracking Number
- Direct Tracking Link (typically to the UPS/USPS/FedEx page).
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for the carrier's system to update the initial status of your package.
6. Factors Affecting Delivery Time
While we are committed to adhering to the above timeline, the total delivery time may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:
- Peak Order Volume: During major holidays (Black Friday, Christmas), processing time may be extended.
- Weather: Extreme weather events can delay our partners' transportation process.
- Carrier Errors: Issues arising during sorting or delivery (incorrect address, damage).
