Return & Refund Policy
At Dihamarts, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that Print-on-Demand (POD) products require a strict processing and quality check period. This policy is established to ensure you receive prompt and fair support.
1. Order Cancellation and Modifications
Due to the nature of our POD products, which enter printing process almost immediately after an order is placed, the time window for changes or cancellations is very short.
You have 6 hours from the time of successful order placement to contact us via email and request a cancellation or modification.
If the order is successfully canceled within this 6-hours window, you will receive a 100% refund of the order value.
Important Note: If the 6-hour window has passed, we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification as the order will have already entered the production phase.
2. General Conditions for Returns
To request a return and refund, the T-shirt product must meet the following conditions:
- The request must be submitted within 30 days from the date you received the order.
- The T-shirt must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached (if applicable).
3. Acceptable Cases for Returns & Refunds
We are happy to accept returns and issue refunds in the following cases:
a. Error Originating from Dihamarts or Shipping (Shop bears the return shipping cost)
Damage Due to Production/Quality Control: The T-shirt received is torn, ripped, stained beyond washing, or the print is peeling, faded, or not up to standard.
Incorrect Order: You received a T-shirt with the wrong design, wrong size, or incorrect quantity compared to what you ordered.
Significantly Not as Described: The product shows a significant difference from the description on the website (e.g., material, dimensions).
Lost or Damaged in Transit: The order did not reach you or was severely damaged during the shipping process.
b. Customer Change of Mind (Customer bears the return shipping cost)
No Longer Needed/Disliked Product: The customer changes their mind and no longer wishes to keep the product.
4. Cases Not Accepted For Returns
We reserve the right to refuse a return and refund request if:
- The request is submitted after 30 days from the date of receipt.
- The T-shirt has been worn, washed, or shows signs of damage caused by the customer (such as self-modification of the original shape, design, or being stained/ripped).
- The order could not be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
5. Returns and Refund Procedure
As Dihamarts sell POD T-shirts, a refund is often the preferred and most optimal solution.
Step 1: Submit Request via Email
Please send an email to our Customer Support team with the following complete information:

Email Subject: Return/Refund Request - Your Order ID
Content:
- Order ID
- Detailed reason for the return (Reference section 3a or 3b)
- Description of the order's condition
- Attach clear photos/videos of the condition of the T-shirt product you are describing.
Step 2: Request Processing
We will process your request within 1–2 business days. For valid requests, we will send a response email, providing Packaging Instructions, the detailed Return Address, and specific return guidance.
Step 3: Return Shipment
Error Originating from Dihamarts (Section 3a): Our email will include a Pre-paid Return Label. The customer simply needs to download, print, and affix it to the package to send it back.
Customer Change of Mind (Section 3b): The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Please arrange the shipment yourself. Note: Customers should choose a shipping service with Tracking to avoid loss of goods.
Step 4: Inspection and Refund
Once we receive the returned order, our team will inspect the product to confirm its condition.
- Error Originating from Dihamarts (Section 3a): You will receive a Full Refund of the order value (including the original shipping fee).
- Customer Change of Mind (Section 3b): You will receive the Product Value (we will deduct the original shipping cost of that order).
The refund process will be initiated with 24 hours, and the money will be credited back to your original payment method. The actual time to receive the funds may be approximately 7 business days (depending on your bank or payment service).
