1. Accepted Payment Methods
Dihamarts accepts payments processed through PayPal's Secure Payment Gateway. This system allows you to use the following two primary payment methods:
a. Payment via PayPal Account
You can pay directly using your PayPal account. The payment process is fast, secure, and allows you to take advantage of PayPal's Buyer Protection policies.
b. Credit/Debit Card Payment
We accept most popular international cards processed through the PayPal gateway (even if you do not have a PayPal account).

2. Currency
All transactions on Dihamarts are processed in United States Dollars (USD).
If your card or PayPal account uses a different currency, your bank or PayPal will automatically convert the amount based on their current exchange rate. Please note that your bank may apply a small foreign currency conversion fee
3. Payment Security Policy
Dihamarts never stores customer credit/debit card information on its servers.
All payment transactions are handled by PayPal, one of the world's leading payment service providers, utilizing SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology and advanced security protocols. This ensures your personal and financial data remains secure.
4. Unaccepted Payment Methods
To ensure consistency, order processing speed, and security, Dihamarts does not accept the following payment methods:
- Cash On Delivery (COD): We do not offer COD service due to the nature of our Print-on-Demand (POD) products, which require production after payment is received.
- Direct Bank Transfer/Cash Deposit: We do not accept direct transfers to our company bank account.
5. Handling Payment Failure
If your transaction is not completed, you may refer to the following common causes and solutions:
- Incorrect Card Information: Please re-check the card number, expiration date, CVV (the 3 or 4-digit security code), and ensure the billing address matches the card registration details.
- Expired or Blocked Card: Ensure your credit/debit card is still valid and has not been temporarily blocked by the bank.
- Insufficient Funds: Check your account balance or credit limit.
- Online Transaction Limit: Your bank may have set a limit for online transactions. Please contact your card-issuing bank to confirm and adjust the limit.
- PayPal Issues: If paying via PayPal, ensure your account is active and free of any limitations.
Steps to Resolve
- Try Again: Ensure all information is filled in correctly and attempt the transaction again.
- Use a Different Card: If you have another accepted card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex), try paying with it.
- Contact Your Bank: Call your card-issuing bank to confirm the reason for the transaction decline.
- Contact Dihamarts: If the above methods are unsuccessful, please contact us for assistance and verification.
