Guidelines & Important Information

Initial Update Delay: After receiving the Shipping Confirmation Email, please allow the carrier 1 to 2 business days for their system to scan and activate the tracking code. During this time, the information may display as "Not Found" or "Pending".

Update Frequency: Tracking information will be updated every time the package moves through major transit points. Update frequency may be slower on weekends or public holidays.

If you have placed an order and the processing time has passed but you have not received the email with the tracking code, please follow these steps:

Check Spam/Junk Mail: Shipping Confirmation Emails can sometimes be mistakenly filtered into the spam or promotions folders. Please check these folders carefully.

Check Order Email: Ensure you are checking the inbox of the email address used to place the order.

Contact Support: If you have checked all the above and still cannot find the email, please contact our Customer Support team with Order Number so we can provide the tracking number directly.

if the tracking information has not been updated for more than 7 business days or shows an unusual status (e.g., "Delivered" but you have not received it), please contact us immediately for in-depth verification with the carrier.
