Q1. Dihamarts' products are Print-on-Demand (POD). How does this affect my delivery time?
Our products are POD, meaning each T-shirt is printed and finished only after you place your order. This helps us minimize waste and offer unique designs. For this reason, your total delivery time includes two phases:
- Processing Time: 3–5 business days (for printing, quality checking, and packaging).
- Shipping Time (Transit): 7–10 business days (after the item has been shipped). The estimated total delivery time is 10–15 business days. We always strive to process orders as quickly as possible while ensuring high quality.
Q2. Can I cancel or modify my order after payment?
Yes, but you need to act quickly. Since the POD process begins almost immediately, we only support order cancellation or modification within 6 hours of successful order placement.
If you request a cancellation within this 6-hour window, you will receive a 100% refund of the order value.
After the 6-hour deadline, your order has entered production and can no longer be canceled or changed.
Q3. What payment methods can I use to purchase from Dihamarts?
We accept most popular and secure payment methods in the US market, including:
- PayPal
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via the PayPal payment gateway.
All transactions are secured according to SSL/TLS encryption standards.
Q4. How much does shipping cost to my address? Does Dihamarts ship to P.O. Boxes?
We apply a Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $6.99 for all T-shirt orders across all 50 states of the United States. We do support delivery to:
Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes)
Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). We use trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your package reaches you safely.
Q5. What should I do if it has been over 15 business days and I still haven't received my T-shirt?
If the estimated delivery time (10–15 business days) has passed and you still haven't received your order, please take the following steps:
Wait an additional 3–5 days: Since the delivery time is only an estimate, it can be affected by factors like peak shopping seasons, weather, or carrier errors.
Check Tracking: Use the Tracking Number we sent via email to check the latest status on the carrier's website (UPS, USPS, FedEx).
Contact Support: If tracking information shows the package is stuck, lost, or hasn't updated for several days, please email us immediately at [email protected] along with your Order Number. We will work directly with the carrier to locate the package or process a refund request if the package is confirmed lost or severely damaged in transit.
Q6. I just received the shirt, but the print seems blurry and has a small stain. Am I eligible for a refund?
Absolutely. This is an error resulting from the production or quality control process, falling under the case of Error Originating from Dihamarts. Please email [email protected] within 30 days of receipt, including:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the blur and the stain. We will review it and send you a Pre-paid Return Label. After receiving and inspecting the T-shirt, we will issue a Full Refund of the order value (including the original shipping fee).
Q7. I washed the T-shirt, but I realized the size doesn't fit. Can I still return it?
Regrettably, no. According to our Return & Refund Policy, the T-shirt must be unworn and unwashed (in its original condition) to be eligible for a return. Washing the shirt is considered using the product. Therefore, this situation does not meet the conditions for an accepted return or refund. Please carefully check the Size Chart before ordering to avoid this situation.
Q8. I bought this T-shirt for an event, but the event was canceled, so I no longer need it. Can I return it? Who pays the shipping cost?
Yes, you can still return the product if the request is submitted within 30 days and the T-shirt is unworn and unwashed. This case falls under Customer Change of Mind. When accepted, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to our warehouse. After receipt and inspection, we will refund the Product Value (deducting the original shipping fee).
Q9. I entered the wrong shipping address, and the order was returned to Dihamarts' warehouse. Can I get a refund?
We apologize, but orders that cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address are among the cases that are not accepted for a refund according to our Policy. The reason is that we bear the initial production and shipping costs. To receive the product, you can contact us to arrange a reshipment. In this case, you will be responsible for the reshipment fee. Please always double-check the address before confirming your order.
Q10. How does Dihamarts handle my personal and payment information?
We are committed to the security of our customers' personal and payment information:
Payment information (such as card details) is processed through secure and reputable payment gateways, encrypted using industry standards (SSL/TLS). Dihamarts does not store your credit card details.
Personal information (name, address, email) is used solely for order processing, shipping, and customer support contact. You can find more details on our Privacy Policy page.
