1. Order Acceptance and Price Confirmation

We are Dihamarts, an online store operating under the management of DHD, LLC, utilizing the Print-on-Demand (POD) model. Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase products. An order is officially considered accepted only when you receive an Order Confirmation Email from Dihamarts.

All prices listed on the website are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). All applicable Sales Tax and other relevant fees/taxes (if mandated by U.S. law) are already included in the product's listed price. The final total cost at checkout will only include the product price (tax-inclusive) and a fixed shipping fee. This information will be clearly displayed before you confirm the payment.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We offer secure and common payment methods in the market to ensure fast and secure transactions:

  • PayPal: You can pay directly through your PayPal account.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: We accept popular international card such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Card payment processing is handled via the PayPal payment gateway.

Note: We do not accept manual payment methods such as direct bank transfers, checks, or Cash on Delivery (COD).

3. Payment Information Security and Handling Policy

4. Payment Process and Order Processing Time

Due to the nature of the POD model, the payment process directly affects the start of production:

  • Payment is executed at the time of order placement.
  • Upon successful payment, the system will send an order and payment confirmation email to you. This is the official moment the order is recorded and moves into the Processing stage.
  • The order will proceed to production, quality check, and packaging within approximately 3–5 business days. This period is separate from the shipping time.

5. Order Cancellation and Refund Policy Related to Payment

All order cancellation and refund requests are handled according to the following terms:

Cancellation within 6 hours: If the cancellation request is submitted within 6 hours of successful payment, the order will be canceled, and you will receive a 100% Refund of the total order value (including product and shipping fees).

After 6 hours: The order has entered production and cannot be canceled or refunded (except in cases where the product is defective due to the manufacturer or is lost during shipping).

Refund Timeframe: When a refund request is approved, we will initiate the transfer back to your original payment method. The refund time may take up to 7 business days depending on the processing procedure of your bank or payment gateway (PayPal, Visa, Mastercard...).

6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Contacting us directly will help us resolve the issue quickly, efficiently, and avoid unnecessary chargeback fees.

If you initiate an unfounded chargeback request, we reserve the right to provide proof of delivery, production, and user data to your bank and may refuse future orders.

7. Tax Clause

All prices listed on the Dihamarts website are the final prices, including the product price and all Sales Tax applicable under current U.S. law. Customers will not be required to pay any additional taxes beyond the total amount displayed at the checkout page (Product Price + Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $6.99).
